1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Leaseezzy’s web and mobile services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Leaseezzy is a cloud platform for landlords and property management teams to manage applications, leases, rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant communications. Leaseezzy is not a real-estate broker, financial institution, or legal advisor.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Services.
  • Safeguard your credentials; you’re responsible for use.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • No attempts to access others’ data or disrupt the platform.
  • No malware or violation of third-party rights.

5. Fees & Payments

Some features (e.g., payments, screening, e-signature) may carry fees shown at checkout. Transactions are handled by third-party processors; Leaseezzy does not store full card or bank details. Taxes may apply.

6. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant Leaseezzy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services (software, design, trademarks, content) are owned by Leaseezzy or its licensors. No rights are granted except as described here.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but may perform maintenance or modify features. We may change or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee rental outcomes, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaseezzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Leaseezzy against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6–13 survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
